End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement applies to all Virtual Instrument products developed and distributed by Vision TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG. Whether paid or free, you agree with these license conditions if you download and use our products.
1. License
If you buy one of our products a perpetual license to use this product is granted to you as a single user only. All sounds and samples in this product are licensed, not sold, to you by Visions TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG. You may use it in your musical productions for commercial and non-commercial purposes, without having to pay any additional licensing fees or royalties. Visions TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG always retains ownership and copyright of the recorded sounds and samples, the coding, and any associated intellectual property included in our products.
2. Resale
You are not allowed to resale or re-distribute our products, its sounds, or their derivatives, through any means, without the written consent of Vision TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG. Please contact us at support@visionstntmusic.com if you are interested in licensing our sounds as source material for your own product.
You are not allowed to share our products with others or upload them to filesharing websites.
3. Liability
Using our products is at your own risk. Vision TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of this product in whatever form.
4. Email Newsletter
By buying one of our products you agree to be added to our mailing list. We never give away your e-mail address and contact you only for related information such as product updates or announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
5. Terms & termination
Any claim related to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Germany.
6. Prohibition on use for AI training
This product is not licensed for use in the training of artificial intelligence (AI) models, including but not limited to machine learning models, deep learning models, and natural language processing models. Any use of this product for AI training is strictly prohibited. This prohibition is in place to protect the intellectual property of Vision TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG and to prevent the misuse of this product. AI models trained on this product could potentially be used to create products or services that compete with Vision TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG‘s products or services, or that could be used in a way that is harmful to Vision TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG or its customers.
If you are interested in using this product for AI training, you must contact Vision TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG in advance and obtain written permission.
